Scott and I spent Rodeo Break in Sedona and Canyon de Chelly. We got in some great hiking and hunted for dinosaur bones. Scott DID find some bones, and we were told that the test "in the field" is simply to lick the bone/rock. If it sticks to your tongue, it is bone. Gross.
42 years old, and 16 pounds lighter than the last birthday. Working out sure has made hiking easier. This trip into Canyon de Chelly would have kicked my butt a few months ago; instead it simply pinched me a little bit. :)
